Founded in 1998 in the heart of Paris, Maison Doré began with a singular conviction: that truly exceptional food requires unhurried attention, honest ingredients, and an unwavering respect for the seasons.

Our kitchen is led by Chef Éric Moreau, trained at Le Cordon Bleu and refined across Paris, Lyon, and Tokyo. Each dish is composed from ingredients sourced within 200km, from small farms we visit personally each week.
